We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Although the property was having upgrades done to the floors, it was not a problem with any of the service. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the staff was super friendly. We will be staying again in the future.

We got a room late at night. Despite the system being down, the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the parking lot was very clean, and there was a security guard keeping watch. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Their portions were generous. We'll definitely stay here again when traveling through.

The rooms are impeccably maintained and impart a disinfected aroma, qualities that enhance the stay experience. The front desk staff exhibited utmost politeness and professionalism. Special commendation to Sabrina. The sole area requiring improvement was breakfast; I served myself coffee and utilized the half-and-half from the thermal jug provided. Unfortunately, the half-and-half was spoiled. Upon notifying the staff, they disposed of the spoiled half-and-half, rinsed the jug, and refilled it. It is important to note that proper cleaning involves washing with hot water and soap, as bacteria can adhere to the metal surface. Although it is unlikely to cause illness since the half-and-half is pasteurized, maintaining cleanliness is essential for hygiene and sanitation.

This modern, clean hotel (opened in 2019) offers spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and linens. The bathroom was well-stocked, and the gym and pool facilities were clean and well-maintained. A few things to note: the blackout curtains are effective but have a confusing cord system, and I would have loved a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Also, if you are a light sleeper, avoid the south-facing rooms on Fridays. We were woken up at 6:45 AM by a loud trash truck that lasted over 30 minutes. We didn't try the hotel dining, but I highly recommend Better Buzz nearby for a fast and delicious breakfast! Great spot overall, just choose your room location carefully.

I stayed one night. There was no blanket that normally is available in case you feel cold. So I was cold all night. The front desk did not have a tooth brush either so I have to buy one. The breakfast used to be great, now they give you little options for all the expensive charge of breakfast they have close to $30.00. No free breakfast at all. The alarm black box awoke me at 3:00 am, then at 4:00 am then at 5:00 am and there was no way to turn it off or unplug it. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE REMOVED IT BUT THEY FORGOT. They did not have any lotion for dry hands either. I other words, I could not sleep after 3:00 am. All this addressed to the front desk and they will not give me any credit not even for breakfast for all the inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.
